The Inventor is a character that was introduced in Pingu in the City. He is voiced by Fumiya Tanaka.
Biography
The Inventor is an old penguin who lives next to Pingu's home. His home is also a research institute. He loves making inventions every day. When a genius idea floats, the lightbulb of his helmet lights up.
His first appearance was in Pingu's Rules Of Babysitting, when he is soon after falls asleep, and starts snoring even louder than the music, so Pingu wakes him up shows him a yellow card.
